I had some problems with the lower control arms i had bought. After everything was said and done, the customer service agent that handled my call went above and beyond to make sure i was treated fairly and with no hesitation. He even went above his boss's decision and for that i give kudos to the gentleman. I've dealt with Detroit axle before I'll deal with them again. Matter of fact I'm about to be ordering cv axles from them.

Had the balljoints blowout upper and lower while driving down the road!!! Just disappointed after putting all new components under my truck didnt last that long but customer service was very easy to deal with very understandable about the issue and already sending my new ones on them I would recommend them for sure just hope the new ones dont do the same thing hope it was just a bad batch!!!

I bought a 12pc Front Wheel Hub Bearings + Control Arms for Chevrolet Silverado 1500 HD I had the mechanic installed all the parts last weekend and went to have a road test and my truck end it with the 2 front wheels coming off my truck while driving. Had to get a wrecker to take it home. Text Detroit Axle didn't get an answer they only refunded the money, and now I have to buy all new parts(calipers, calipers bracelets, wheel bearing and other parts)because they said they are not liable to help for the new parts

Two of my rear rotors did not fit, and the representative texted me pictures and size charts to show me what I shouldve ordered and then sent me a return shipping label and explained the process clearly. The experience was great. However, the wait time to get through to someone on the phone was very long about 25 minutes.

Never again. They sent me the wrong control arms. Didn't discover until I had already taken parts off and mangled a ball joint. Had to rent a tow dolly in order to move my vehicle so I could access our garage. Was told parts would be sent on Saturday for a Monday or Tuesday arrival. Come Monday the parts haven't been sent and will now be a Thursday arrival. Customer service was a joke. Only thing they could offer was a $10 discount, spent more on the tow dolly. Avoid at all costs. I have spent over $1000 with them over the past 18 months, will never purchase from them again.

I want my refund asap

I'm trying to get a refund and you all are giving me the run around with a partial refund that taking way too long to go back in my account. I paid $196.49 for parts that took two weeks to get to me and they were not the right parts so I sent them back two weeks ago and still haven't gotten any refund yet. I got a message saying that a refund is in the process of $85 dollars that will take 3-5 business days. Enough is enough send me a full refund

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR DEFECTIVE PART SOLD

I purchased a Rack and Pinion for my truck and installed it and found out it was defective. Called them and was instructed to send it back for either a replacement or credit.

I told them the part was installed and i needed a replacement to remove and replace it to send it back. I was told I had to purchase another in order to get it and it would take a week to get it. I paid for it and asked to have it shipped 2 day and it was agreed. After not receiving it on the 3rd day, I called and they had no record of it being shipped although the part was charged from my account.

I called and cancelled the replacement when told it was never shipped. I purchased another one from ANOTHER SELLER aan installed it and sent the defective one back. After 2 weeks, I received credit for the defective part, but still had not received the replacement credit. I asked for reimbursement for the double labor I had to pay due to the part being defective and installed twice.

I was told "WE DONT DO THAT". poor customer service for a defective part sold.

I have been troubled with an order now for weeks , the original order was damaged and missing parts , I contacted Detroit Axle , and a replacement order was done for the missing parts Today I received that order , and all the wrong parts were shipped to me , leaving me completely unable to fix my vehicle still... I tried to contact someone again , only to have them not listen to me and tell me it was going to be , another 7-10 days before I get the new replacement again???
